March is Frozen Food Month

Want to get some delicious, nutritious, and not so nutritious frozen foods to celebrate National Frozen Food Month? Check out the following reviews:

Gardenburger Riblets - I LOVE these! They are made from soy. They have a great, sweet bbq sauce. They don't have the same texture as real ribs, but the animals appreciate that fact:)

Cedarlane "Ham -N- Cheese" Wraps - these are SUPER! Very cheesy and gooey! Great to grab for lunch, but keep in mind they are about 350 calories so have a side salad instead of chips.

Alexia Waffle Fries - these hit the spot when you need a frie fix. They get crispy even though they are oven baked. If you like Back Yard Burger waffle fries - you'll love these.

Kashi - Everything Kashi makes is GOOD! I have tried almost all of their frozen dinners including the pizza and they are all delish! You get great grains and lots of fiber in all of their meals. Give them a try.

Morningstar Corn Dogs - YUM! These have a sweet corny outside and a soy "dog" inside. These really bring back great childhood memories.

Amy's Black Bean Enchiladas - These really hit the spot when you need to tame a mexican craving. If you're in the canned good isle, check out Amy's Black Bean Chili - good stuff -not her regular chili, though - it's definitely not as good:(

Vita Muffins and Brownies - If you are needing something sweet these will hit the spot! Best of all there around 100 calories! I prefer the Brownies, but there all good!
