I began my fitness journey in 2001 after a debilitating back injury forced a change in my lifestyle. Since then, I have lost over 100 pounds and became a nationally certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I can relate to my clients because I have been there; I tried Weight Watchers, Nutri-system, Adkins, etc, etc, etc. It wasn’t until I realized there isn’t a magic diet or a magic pill; there is only hard work and dedication.
