4 hard cooked egg whites, chopped
1/2 avocado, diced
1/4 small onion, diced
Any other veg you like, i.e. bell pepper, celery, olives, etc
1 T mayo (I like Vegenaise - flaxseed and olive oil - reduced fat
1 T low fat sour cream
1 T Dijon mustard
Season with salt and pepper. Yummy!
