Tell Me A Little About Yourself


Hi Fit Friends,

On past Fridays you've heard some of my favorite things and now I want to hear some of yours.

What is your favorite workout item/tool? For example, I love my Bodybugg, pedometers, heart rate watches, etc. What do you love? What has taken your workout to the next level?

What is your best nutrition tip, recipe, or food? Mine - I like to eat every 3 hours. I always have bars, nuts, or fruit in my purse or car so I don't go too long without eating.

What is your health goal? Do you want to lose weight, lower your cholesterol, be able to do 30 push ups? What are you aiming for? My goals - I want to lose 5% body fat.
