Hi Fit Friends,
It's getting warmer out (not today, but soon) and we've added some daylight, so let's get outside and walk.
Check out the following websites and find a new place to walk. There are lots of trails in Missouri and Kansas, I'm sure you'll find one that appeals to you. You'll get outside, get some fresh air, smell the grass, spring flowers, and trees. It's good for our soul to get back to nature. Go outside and get quiet.
On a side note, I'm re-branding my business and I'd like your opinion of the name. My business's name is Functional Fitness. I'd like to know what comes into your mind when you read or hear that name. I appreciate any and all feedback.
